It’s Time To Build That Website

You can download the NVU software for FREE just go to www.nvu.com. Here is a tutorial on building and editing web pages using the opensource Nvu HTML editor.

Follow the prompts and download the software. You need to choose someone to host your site. All hosts are not created equal. You can get alot for you money if you are careful. Spending about $75.00 a year for a host is all you need to do. With this price you can have unlimited websites. I reccommend one of these three for value and service Bluehost, Hostgator, or Weycrest if you are in the UK. The domains will cost you $5.00-$10.00 a piece for the year depending on how many you pruchase at once, and yes you should have several domain names. Posted by nekost under vps hosting

In some cases, you may not get any information from WHOIS domain name search if the domain name is protected by domain name protection service.  You can find out how long a website has been around, who owns it, and where that company or individual is actually located by doing a WHOIS domain name search. You will be able to spot a scam operation by comparing the information you find from the search with the information that is shown on the website. For example, if a website claims that it has been in operation for many years but your findings show that the domain name they use has just been created a week ago, you may not want to trust this website.
